Credit or Debit Card payment problems

The Credit and Debit Card payment system rarely has problems with processing payments as a result of technical difficulties. Many people pay use our payment system without difficulty every day, so do try to see if you have made an error in spelling etc.

Difficulties with payment processing commonly occur due to the incorrect input of payment card details. Please ensure that the 'payment card address' is the same as the 'invoice address' and details such as the card number, expiry date etc are correct and exactly as shown on your card or as required by the online form e.g. for the expiry date year put 2008 not 08.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the name and address entered to register on the site are also used when you are directed to the secure payment page – if you are using a Company card then the name as indicated on the card must be used for site registration (this can be updated via 'Your Account -> Personal Info'). If the card uses either your initials or full name, then please register in exactly the same format.

You can change the delivery name and address to meet your needs – it does not have to be the same as the invoice address.

You may wish to try a different payment method - the ordered items should still be in the shopping cart on the site.

Remember that there will be no additional cost to you if you choose to use Google Checkout or PayPal – sometimes one or the other will process a payment when you are having difficulty with an alternative method.

Returns

In the unlikely event of encountering problems with your products purchased from Filron, first of all check our Useful Information section for assistance.

Should the product appear to be defective, incorrect or unwanted, then please follow the Returns steps below:

  1. Before products are returned to Filron, an RMA number must be requested by completing the form on the Contact Us with the following information:
    • Subject = 'RMA Request'
    • Specify RMA Reason
    • Filron Order# or Google Checkout number (if applicable)
    • Description of the problem encountered
    • Product(s) to be returned
    • If you have purchased an incorrect product, please specify the correct Make and Model of your projector, printer etc (if applicable)
  2. Only after receipt of an RMA number, send the product(s) that have been approved for return to Filron as follows:
    • Ensure the products are securely packed
    • in the product's original packaging only
    • with the RMA number written on the outside of the package
    • including a sample printout for printing problems which have been encountered
    • to the appropriate Returns address provided with the RMA
